What I do at Tiro

As a Product Manager at Tiro, I own and continuously improve apprenticeship programmes as end-to-end products, ensuring all curriculum assets, including digital learning, seminars, and assessments, are high quality, up to date, and aligned with national standards and employer needs. I coordinate closely with programme leads, subject matter experts, and content designers, maintaining a clear view of what exists, what is in development, and what requires updating, while supporting the iterative build of new and existing programmes. I focus on embedding employer input, particularly through steering groups, and on delivering scalable, work-based learning experiences that effectively prepare learners for assessment and real-world performance

Why Tiro

I am a commercially driven product and partnerships leader with over 16 years’ experience spanning publishing, technology, and content-driven businesses. I started my career in editorial, production, and publishing roles, building a strong foundation in content development and lifecycle management, before moving into licensing, partnerships, and growth-focused positions at Packt. There, I scaled a global partnerships function from a pilot into a £4M+ revenue stream, leading strategy across B2B, academic, and channel ecosystems, and working with major platforms such as Coursera and O’Reilly. Alongside this, I have run my own publishing and editorial ventures, giving me hands-on experience across the full content lifecycle, from creation through to distribution and commercialisation. My background combines product thinking, commercial strategy, and content expertise, with a strong focus on building scalable systems, leveraging AI and data, and delivering growth through partnerships and innovative learning products.
