What I do at Tiro
As Talent Manager, I lead a team and support recruitment across science and technology apprenticeships. I’m passionate about helping people take their first step into their careers and am always happy to support candidates throughout the application process.
Who am I?
Before joining Tiro, I worked in HR and recruitment within the public and financial sectors, with a strong focus on supporting people. This experience allows me to help apprentices build confidence, find their voice, and connect with opportunities where they can grow and succeed.
Advice for prospective candidates
Becoming an apprentice starts with a strong desire to learn and grow. We look for individuals who are curious, committed, and not afraid to ask questions. You don’t always need qualifications or experience - what really matters is your motivation and willingness to get started. Most importantly, be yourself and let your personality and enthusiasm shine through!
