In my role as Date and Compliance Integrity Manager I  specialise in apprenticeship funding, audit readiness, and regulatory assurance. I build watertight processes, strengthen data integrity, and turn complex DfE rules into clear, practical guidance.

I use insight, automation, and smart systems to streamline compliance, improve accuracy, and reduce risk—ensuring every learner’s journey starts strong and stays compliant.

I’ve spent over 15 years working across employability and learning & skills, specialising in government‑funded programmes in the UK and internationally. My career has been shaped by a commitment to high‑quality delivery, strong governance, and designing processes that genuinely improve the learner and customer experience.
Across multiple countries and organisations, I’ve played a key role in shaping delivery models, mapping the customer journey, and building the systems and controls that keep programmes compliant, efficient, and impactful. I’ve led and supported numerous new contract launches, overseeing compliance, quality assurance, and claims functions across a wide range of funding streams.
My background as an auditor and trusted interpreter of legislation has enabled me to secure successful outcomes in ISO 9001:2015 audits in Italy and Saudi Arabia, as well as multiple DFE and ESF co-financed audits across AEB, Apprenticeships, and other funding lines.
I’ve got to where I am by combining diligence, curiosity, and a strong work ethic with a passion for doing things right and doing them well. I’m motivated by creating environments where quality, compliance, and customer experience work hand in hand, and where strong processes help people and organisations thrive.

My advice to candidates is to show your passion for accuracy, organisation, and supporting others. This role is all about giving learners a seamless, dependable start, so highlight your attention to detail, love of structure, and ability to keep data watertight.
