As a Talent Resourcer, I support recruitment across STEM apprenticeships, helping identify strong candidates and guide them through the early stages of the process. I enjoy speaking with people, understanding their goals, and helping match them with opportunities that suit their skills and potential.
Who am I?
Before joining Tiro, I was a teacher, so I understand how important it is to support people as they learn, grow, and build confidence in themselves. That experience helped me develop strong communication, patience, and relationship-building skills, which I now bring into recruitment. It also means I really value potential and enjoy helping candidates take the next step in their careers.
