My role at Tiro is to help change the world through science and technology by spotting potential and seeking out the best talent to become amazing apprentices, who have the potential to develop into extraordinary long term employees within businesses.

Coming from a scientific background myself, and understanding the challenges of pursuing a scientific career, I have become a huge advocate for equal opportunity and improved access to education. Working to match apprentices with the right employer, and help them get started on their own career path, is both fulfilling and enjoyable.

My background is on the technical side of science and engineering, so I have really enjoyed now experiencing the industry though the lens of education. I have been fortuntely enough to work across all areas of Tiro, from sales through to delivery, and have developed a deep understanding of the apprenticeship landscape - something I love to share with prospective apprentices! 

Becoming an apprentice requires a hunger and willingness to learn.  We look for apprentices that are committed to completing the course and not afraid to speak up and ask questions.

We're not looking for qualifications or prior experience. We want hungry go-getters eager to kick start their career or even change direction on a path they are already on.
